Identifying the facial skin into several zones and mapping it to identify issues that occur in your body is an ancient eastern and western method it also helps to retain your facial beauty by maintaining good health.
The above picture is segmented in to 14 zones and will look at different zones and how it shows issues in your body.
Zones 1 & 3: The Digestive System (Small & large intestine)
Poor digestion, due to high consumption of heavy and toxic food, late dinner.
Solution: Increase your water intake and clean your diet with antioxidant rich teas.
Zones 2: Liver
Reaction to food allergies and Alcohol and dairy are said to be the reason for spots.
Solution: Reduce Alcohol consumption.
Zones 4, 6, 8 & 10: Kidney
Increase intake of caffeine, dehydration and salt could be the reason you might get spots close to your eyes, eye puffiness, fines lines, and dry skins around the eyes.
Solution: Avoid sodium and caffeinated drinks. Also drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
Zones 5 & 9: Respiratory System
Active and passive smokers will find acne along these areas.
Solution: Tray going outdoors. Exposure to fresh air and long walks can do wonders if you have these symptoms.
Zones 7: Heart
This area in your face is full of dilated pores so ladies make sure your make-up brush is clean. Work stress and living that accompanies with extreme emotions will cause acne-prone skin, sensitive and skin deterioration.
Solution: Consume more fruits, vegetables, nuts and mega-rich food. Also go to bed before 11am.
Zones 11 & 13: Hormones
Women will find if they are stressed or having an hormonal imbalance (particularly in a certain time of the month) through this area.
Solution: Eat much as whole gains, vegetables, and fruits with plenty of exercise.
Zones 12: Stomach
If you consume more rich and heavy foods you will notice a difference in this area.
Solution: Add more fiber to your diet and exercise regularly to assist digestion. Remember to detox your body once in awhile.
Zones 14: Illness
If your body is trying to fight off a virus you might notice spots on this area.
Solution: Drink plenty of water and remember to get plenty of rest allowing your body to heal.
